How to Get Involved
North Carolina Cyber Academy
Ways Parents Can Get Involved at NC Cyber Middle
Stay Connected
Check ParentSquare, emails, and school newsletters regularly for updates, events, and announcements.

Support Learning at Home
Create a consistent learning space, help with organization, and encourage daily routines.

Attend Virtual Meetings & Workshops
Join parent information sessions, curriculum nights, and workshops to stay informed and engaged. Our goal is to hold Monthly Parent Meetings that are designed to:

Inform parents of important district news, updates, and resources.
Engage families in open conversations about their NC Cyber experience.
Support parents by providing a space to ask questions and seek help for specific concerns.
Collaborate by gathering valuable feedback to strengthen our school community.

We encourage all parents to join us each month as partners in student success!

Join Parent Organizations
Be part of the PTO/PTA, Booster Clubs, or parent advisory groups. Parent Representatives assist in organizing local events and school-wide events. This allows families the opportunity to engage with other families within their local area. It creates smaller communities throughout our NC Cyber community. We desire that each student and their family have a sense of community and belonging.
For more information contact Ms. Antoinette Looney via Parent Square or phone (984) 228-6437.

Share student achievements, attend virtual awards assemblies, and cheer on students in extracurricular activities.
Be a Guest Speaker
